This variant can produce either 14% ABV in 24 hours from 6 KG of sugar and is suitable for general use where extremes in temperature are NOT an issue.
High Alcohol Turbo Yeasts
Samuel Willard’s yeasts are specially formulated for Australian conditions to tolerate high heat and humidity. They are Urea free and each foil pack will produce a wash with a Specific Gravity (SG) .980~990 or approximately 20% ABV produced from 8 kg of cane sugar in 4-5 days.
